Aytek Şavkan
Aytek Şavkan is a real estate investor and developer with extensive experience across commercial, retail and residential projects. After graduating from the London School of Economics (LSE), he began his career in banking, gaining a solid foundation in finance and capital markets.
He later transitioned into fund management, where he oversaw investment strategy, portfolio allocation, and asset performance across multiple asset classes.
Building on this financial expertise, Aytek moved into real estate development and investment in 2006, where he has since established a long-standing track record in delivering high-quality, design-driven residential, retail and commercial properties. Known for his analytical approach and refined aesthetic sensibility, Aytek brings together financial discipline, global perspective, and development expertise. His involvement spans the full lifecycle of development—land acquisition, feasibility analysis, financing, design direction, construction oversight, leasing, sales, and long-term asset management.
He has been involved in projects recognized for their architectural quality and their contribution to the urban fabric of Istanbul as well as the tourism hub of Turkey, Antalya. The portfolio reflects a commitment to creating lasting value, both through thoughtfully conceived buildings and through strategic investment planning for local and institutional partners.
In addition to his development activities, Aytek continues to be involved in international investment structures and family office operations, managing cross-border assets, evaluating private investments, and structuring long-term investment planning. His experience includes evaluating opportunities in private equity and alternative investments, with a focus on disciplined risk management and long term value creation.
