She has managed assets valued up to €220M and completed transactions exceeding €430M. Her background provides a unique blend of financial discipline and urban planning expertise, essential for complex asset optimization and strategic portfolio growth.

Gökhan Gökçek
With over 30 years of experience in large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects in Turkey and international markets, Gökhan serves as Owner’s Representative at Eriapartners.
He oversees the operator’s management of Terracity Shopping Mall in Antalya. He manages institutional relations with public authorities, leads regulatory and certification processes, and supervises all technical, structural, and renovation works.
His responsibilities include technical audits, heavy equipment maintenance contracts, procurement oversight, and performance monitoring of management, security, and cleaning service providers.
